Uganda's only wild rhinos, met on foot. Pickup at 6:00, three to four hours north, then an hour walking with a ranger among the southern white rhinos of Ziwa — often close enough to hear them graze.

Grey crowned cranes and antelope share the sanctuary. Lunch on the way, back at your hotel around 18:00.

Bring a camera, sunscreen, long trousers and a rain jacket. Entrance, lunch and transport included.

What guests say

Visited many interesting parts of Kampala (3.5h slow walk, lots of shade/roofed areas). Steve is very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Steve was a great guide, very friendly and knowledgable. I learned a lot not only about the sites we visited but also about the Ugandan society.

Great tour. Steve knew a lot about history and was able to navigate the city well. He was also able to answer all of my questions.

I went for a city tour in Kampala with Steve and had a great time. Steve knows the city very well and gives you a look on the different faces that the city has to offer. He also has a chill vibe and he's a pleasant person to talk to.
